I’ve realized I’ve been burning the candle at both ends trying to get some writing done before school starts. My day job has been busy this week, and I somehow pulled muscles in the bottom of my foot–and I realized I needed to slow down!
I took the last two days off to rest and relax. I ended up crocheting a little narwhal toy from Woobles for my ferrets since it’s their birthday this weekend and they love plushies and anything shaped like a ball. I’ll probably make a couple more so they don’t fight over the new one.
(By the way, Woobles really was a fun, easy way to learn a new skill! They got me addicted. I never thought I’d crochet in my life, and now I’m in love with all the things you can make with it.)
