What is one question you hate to be asked? Explain.
“Since you are exceptional at all this… can you train this mediocre white guy we found through social networking at golf and a bullshit resume who plans to sit at his desk, play on his phone, become an HR nightmare, and expect you to do his work on top of yours—instead of promoting you?”
Sunshine grin:
“Absolutely! I’d LOVE to! The moment you give me his job title and salary, since you just stated I’m more qualified and you passed me over anyway and made a mistake.”
(They don’t like that answer. They like it less when the whole HR disaster-zero work happens and I’m proven right.)
