Occasionally I can keep it short and sweet!
Here are some of my favorites born from writing prompts, challenges, half-forgotten dreams when I wake up, or inspired by other authors’ writing collections (that kick my competitive streak into high gear to prove to myself that I can keep it short when I want to!)
Other than minor errors (like a misspelling), these have been unchanged to preserve my growth as a writer.
